This is beautiful, how long does it take you to complete one painting?

Jennifer,
Thanks for your comment. It can take up to three months to finish a painting. I begin by working about 4-5 hours the first day with larger brushes. Then I work with smaller brushes that keep getting smaller for the finishing touches. I have never clocked the time I work on a painting, because I am usually working on more than one at a time which is common for oil painters. I work on one like this for four to five hours a day every other day for a couple of weeks, then I concentrate on specific areas for several hours every day for a couple of more weeks. I continue tweaking the painting until it is done. Some can be finished in two months, some take longer depending on the subject matter. Grapes are very time consuming.
Hope all is well with you.
