I've owned this tea cup for a long time, maybe 30 years. I went on a tea cup hunt in all of the local Antique stores; in the San Francisco Bay Area where I lived at the time. Actually, it's really a bullion cup, meaning it has two handles. I take one of the handles off and turn it into a teacup when I include it in a painting. English Tea Cup 5"x7" Oil on Canvas
Purple Grapes 12"x12" Oil on Canvas
These grapes are actually called "Concord Grapes" and are what grape juice is made from. The small crab apples, for lack of a better name were found by the roadside. I am always keeping my eye open for things I can paint and love to forage. This painting sold, but is being reproduced on tiles. To find where this and other images can be ordered on tiles, please visit my Website.

Daffodils in Antique Glass 6"x4" Oil on Canvas
I found small daffodils potted at Trader Joe's on Valentines day. I cut a few off and put them in an antique glass. I thought the color contrasts worked very well.

Tangerines with Blue Creamer 8"x10" Oil on Canvas
I posted this a couple of weeks ago, but made a few minor changes so decided to post it again. As long as a painting is here for me to see, I have a tendency to continue working on it.

Salt Peter Glaze Pitcher 8"x10" Oil on Canvas
I've had the pitcher for a long time and have painted it many times. I think the blue and orange complements work very well in this painting. The oranges came from a friends tree. I love to get the leaves because I think they add a lot to a composition.

Lemons and Bottles 7"x5" Oil on Canvas
I feel lucky to live where it is possible to get citrus fruit to paint in the winter. Last winter our crops were ruined from frost so there were no lemons or oranges even in the supermarkets. So, this is the first lemon painting I have done for awhile.
